Im playing Battlefield 1 and my average fps is 50-60 at ultra 1440p 144hz while my graphic card is Ichill GTX 1080Ti X4. My CPU is i7-3770K. Do I need to change it to achieve 120fps?

It seems like an issue with your computer not the build as there is no reason for you to be bottle necking.
Check your msconfig (as admin), disable stuff in the background, check your task manager and see whats hogging resources.
I would do that first before even OCing.
Once a PC I was working on was going crazy due to a virus in the background that I had to use hitman to remove, but it was a simple virus just hogging the hard drive's resources like crazy and making everything slow.

Is your 3770k oced? It should help some if not. Something else is going on I believe however. As I've seen 2600ks at 4.3 pulling a good bit more frames than that. No doubt in my mind at 7700k would do better but it should get more than 60 with the 3770k

Overclock your CPU if it isn't and if you've got a good aftermarket CPU heatsink installed.

Are you running many applications in the background? Especially internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc) can lower performance a fair bit.
How's the usage on the drive you've installed the game on while playing? You can check this easily in the task manager if you're running Windows 8 or 10.

Generally speaking, I'd agree with Supahos, it seems there's a problem somewhere, as you should be seeing higher fps with your config.

Buy a SDD and try to overclock your cpu and gpu, though it can help you to reach only a 70-80 fps. If you achieve that Fps you might have to lower your resolution or try playing in med setting it will give a max 100 fps.
