My computer specs

Core 2 quad q6600

4gb ddr2 ram (maximum that my motherboard supports)

Ordered a GTX 1050 2GB ZOTAC 2GB mini card

Can I run games like GTA5, Dying light, outlast 2 etc and other new Pc titles. The RAM seems to be the obstruction in my way.

Please give me your suggestions, Thanks to anyone who replies in advance..

It'll play the games but your CPU is on the weaker side so CPU intensive games are going to have less than optimal performance in most cases. The Graphics card is good enough for those games at reasonable settings but the main concern is your RAM. It's slow and 4GB is going to struggle with a lot of recent games even on Lower settings. You should still be able to run them but i suggest you limit your background RAM usage as much as possible to maximise the amount the game can utilise. Other than that a CPU upgrade (meaning new RAM as well) in the future would be a nice idea when you have the funds. Hope this helps :)
