Ahh i see your building new. Well it looks alright but a few suggestions, one more thing are you focusing on Gaming more than anything else? If so a stronger GPU is more important than the i7. I'd recommend a Ryzen 1600 or i5 paired with say a RX 580 / GTX 1060 6GB. If you do a lot of editing and rendering, etc, then never mind the CPU will be quite important:

- Consider the newer i7-7700K + Z270 Motherboard, the 7700K is faster and should only cost a fraction more. *This is depending on your answer to above however*.

- I wouldn't recommend a 3GB 1060, even at 1080p a lot of games are pushing 4GB VRAM usage and this can cause the 1060 3GB to fall behind other cards with more VRAM especially when paired with a stronger CPU, try get an RX 580 or GTX 1060 6GB if you can.

- The EVO 212 is a great budget CPU cooler but not ideal if you plan on doing moderate-high Overclocking on that CPU, if you don't plan on doing much Overclocking, it will do fine but consider the Cryorig H7 it shouldn't cost much more and a solid air cooler.

- Power Supply, depends on your budget, a Corsair CXM Series or SeaSonic S12-II Series are a great choice for a low price. If you can afford more then look into a EVGA SuperNOVA G2/G3 and Corsair RMx.

- That SSD is all right but i would suggest a 240GB to have more headroom, i have a 120GB as a boot drive but it can only really fit one large game before being close to full. For the HDD, 4TB is a LOT if you need it go ahead but for speeds, go for a typical 7200 RPM (or higher).

Hope this helps :)

Well, I have a few stuff to say.
1: I want the i7 6700K for rendering, gaming and streaming.
2: I want the i7 6700K not the i7 7700K because I already have the MOBO [MSI Z170A Gaming M3] and you need a Z270A for the 7th generations which will force you to update your bios if you don't get the Z270A. which is [Pain in the A$$].
3: I want the MSI GTX 1060 3GB because the 6GB is not available and I really can't afford a better one.
4: I want the EVO 212 because it is a common cooler that everyone almost recommends.
5: I want the EVO 212 because I will not be overclocking my CPU, not at all, might consider it but the idea will escape my brain sooner or later.
6: Is this PSU compatible with my build? https://uae.souq.com/ae-en/corsair-cxm-series/s/ [77.59USD]
7: I seriously need help with the parts dimensions, please help me with this one.
P.S. The case is a BitFenix Colossus Case [Black & Red] I mentioned it before but you didn't say anything regarding it.
