Will I be able to rub player unkown battlegrounds flawlessly with this laptop?

yeah. but again most pcs rn are running pubg low or medium to acheive solid 60fps. after the optimization u will be fine.

Yes you will have to play at low settkngs since the game is still in beta and highly unoptimized but with the right settings yes
