Vertical Segment "Server" -What does this mean on an Intel CPU Tech Description

On some Intel CPU Technical Specifications there is a stub/title called "Vertical Segment". What does it mean when it states that the vertical segament is "Server"?

The CPU I'm interested in is

20M Cache, 2.40 GHz, 8.00 GT/s Intel® QPI

It means that Intel has tailored the features of that CPU for server usage. It has features like dual socket support, ECC support extra management support that a desktop CPU doesn't have.

I am planning to buy this computer for music production. Besides the extra cost for ECC RAM is there something about these features that should make me not buy the used computer. The computer is a dual CPU Intel Xeon E5-2665 @ 2.40GHz (16 cores/32 threads) with 64Gb of ECC RAM. It is a used Dell Precision Dell T5600 for $1400 ($1800 after swapping for a 1 TB SDD drive.)
