Hi, I just recently reset my built by me computer just to completely clear out my SSD and HDD. After doing so my internet download speeds are <1Mbps. BUT only on my computer. All other devices in the house are getting ~70Mbps. The computer is hardwired, and the cable is not the problem because I tested it with my Xbox and it also gets normal speeds. This only started AFTER the factory reset. I will answer anymore needed questions.
