how to connect bluetooth headphone?

i added my bluetooth headphone to the list of devices but i cant conect it to the pc. the light on the headphone indicates that it is not connected but it still appears on the devices list.
what do i need to do to be abel to use it on my pc?
headphone: JBL T450BT
system:windows 7 64bit

Again, What USB device did you connect?

"Generic" Bluetooth device tells me you need to install the drivers for the Bluetooth USB device. Once that happens, you should be able to follow the instructions for connecting your headphones to it.

when i inserted the device it installed its drivers, but when i press to add the device it does add it to the devices list but i dont know how to connect it
