I was looking around this forum hoping for an answer but I have found none.

Recently built a new computer specs are :
CPU: Intel i7 7700K
GPU: Nividia GTX 1060 (6GB)
RAM: Balistix DDR4 2400 (2x8GB)
MB : Asus Prime Z270-P
OS: Windows 10 64 Bit Professional
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB
HDD: 1 TB WD

After I properly installed all equipment, I booted the computer up and was prompted to enter bios to edit settings after I hit save and quit because there was nothing to change (I think) it just ended. Next I loaded up the OEM in order to start the install. I selected my SSD to be my primary drive for the install. After the install finished I loaded the motherboards packaged driver disk to install those. This process said it would take ~20 mins. During this driver install my computer restarted 2 times.

This is were the problem occurred, after the second restart it said all the drivers were completely installed and needed to restart in order for changes to go into effect. Once it restarted the computer rebooted and loaded straight to bios without any prompting. Confused I tried to override and boot my SSD directly. This did not work the screen went black momentarily and then came back the same bios screen.

Now I figured weird I'll just reinstall the OS and be on my way. However, every time I try to reinstall windows it prompts me with an error stating that "Windows started before please reboot, remove the installation media and then reload installation media after windows starts." (Also had stuff about do not use custom install to install windows)

Now I'm stuck with my new build being only able to load my bios.

My current only thought is that I'd need to clean the SSD using command prompt via the Disk, and then reformat it to a NTFS drive format so that windows can be installed on it. However, I dont want to do this unless its absolutely necessary.

Please help.

I suggest you disconnect the drive you aren't installing Windows on.

I would recommend using Secure Boot and installing with BIOS set to [Windows UEFI Mode] and not the default setting [Other OS].

When beginning the Windows 10 installation, delete all partitions. Windows will create the new partitions it needs for the UEFI install.
