Safe to turn off case blower fan

I have a relatively used PC that I built. It was one case fan, one CPU fan, and one GPU fan. The main case blower fan is really noisy and can't be turned down. I was wondering if it is safe to unplug it overnight while it's downloading a game or something so that I don't have this really loud, server room sound when I go to bed

No. That's your systems only fan removing heat from your system. There's a high chance of overheating your system if you do that. The best option would be to replace the fan.

Oh, I guess I forgot to state that the fan that I'm trying turn off is the one not dedicated to the CPU or GPU

That's what I wanted to do but I can't cause motherboard only has a 3-pin header for the case fan and I don't feel like buying a fan control kit
