How do these future upgrades look? Is it possible to overclock my CPU with this as well?

The PC I have is a pre-build and the model number of the PC is h8-1230z
Specs:
AMD FX - 8120
460 Watt HP Powersupply
HP Pavilion Elite Angelica Motherboard M3970am 652951-001 Am3b AMD
AMD 7570 Graphics
1 TB Seagate
12 GB of RAM

I plan to upgrade the CPU to the Ryzen 5 1400 and overclock it(I will mostly likely also get a b350m mobo and 8 gb of ram)

I also plan to get a 1050ti or 1060 3gb

Will my powersupply support it well enough and will I be able to overclock the Ryzen 5 1400 with the amount of watts I have in the power supply?

Solution
That Ryzen uses a good deal of power less than FX 8120, so you're good for that part. 1050Ti also doesn't need much power but 1060 definitely needs more, Beside that, that HP PSU may not have enough of right connectors and it's old by now, you'd be well advised to get new one of 500 - 550W.
