Hello fellow computer nerds!
Recently I built a skylake based system with these specs:
Asrock H170
i3-6100
GTX 960
PSU 600 watt

I built this sytem for a family member and when they took it home they plugged it in their TV but the thing is their TV is from the Philippines and it was not recognizing the computer. Before I sent this off I actually tested it already with no problems here.

Any feed back would be much appreciated THANKS!

Im not familiar with that specific graphics card, but is there a way to plug it in via other means?
If you can find the pdf manual online for his/her particular tv, it may shed some light as to what the tv is capable of outputting.
I have had a tv that i had to restart everytime i changed the source over to pc, had a bad hdcp handshake.
If i was you, i would be investigating the tv rather than your build, as you know the pc is working.
