It will work but you will need a dvi-d to vga active adapter to make it work, since this monitor has only vga input and the card has dvi-d and hdmi. On top of that, the card is more powerful since it can handle full hd resolution (1920x1080), while this monitor has pretty low resolution for the time. I would suggest to go for a full hd monitor for a few bucks more.

Upvoting this, buying a 24 inch HD monitor for 1080p these days shouldn't cost more than $120, which would be far better than you trying to get adapters for your low resolution on your current monitor. Good luck!
