Hello guys, i have a big problem.
My PC is very good but it still run any games at low fps, i tried also 2d Games, like happy wheels and those ones, and they lagged too.
I tried ::
-Updating drivers / Unninstaling old ones
-My temperature is normal 49-56ª
-High Performance
-Lowering all Settings
-Safe Mode
-Clocking
PC :
AMD FX 8320
RX 460 2GB
4GB RAM
500w Font
I also get some random and laggy black screens only in game

My pc was doing very well, i had a 8gb stick witth problem, before i restore my pc using windows 10 options, wasn't lagging on gtav low (should be on high xD)
