Which is Better: GeForce GT 710 2GB DDR3 or Intel® HD Graphics 4000 (from i7 3770)

I have a spare computer with a i7 3770 CPU, and a spare GeForce GT 710 with 2GB DDR3 (VRAM). Now, would it be better to put the 710 in the PC, or would the on-board graphics (Intel® HD Graphics 4000) be better?

The Main System has: 32 GB 1600Mhz DDR3

The 710 by some margin, but that's like saying an 80cc moped is better than a 50cc one - they are both pretty crappy

Thanks! Just what I needed. I'll probably sell the GeForce GT 710 on eBay, or put it in an older build that happens to have PCI-E support.
