First make sure the RAM is seated in all the way then Make sure your PSU meets the minimum requirements for the GPU, if it does then i would try installing the old GPU (if you have it available) and see if the problem persists.

hi. ive checked and ram is seated properly. also, after letting it restart itself a couple of times (after blue screen) my desktop loads up fine. however when it does come up everything is too slow and internet drops out as well. think it might be driver related. also when i put old gpu back in it works perfectly.
any more suggestions?

If you have a large enough power supply (minimum 300 watt) it very well may be the drivers. my next step would be to uninstall the existing drivers and install directly from the MSI website.

hi guys. just to update you, i have fixed it. after a bit more asking around i finally decided to make sure i had unistalled ALL my previous drivers. i think i must have left some out because after meticulously checking for amd drivers, i finally deleted them all and now dont get blue screen. i do however, get a white bar across my screen when starting my pc however this does not affect anything. any one know why?

ok, so i completely fixed the blue screen issue. but instead got a black screen when starting up a while after. couldnt figure it out so sent the card back. i even took it to a pc specialist but after numerous tests, just decided to send it back. since all of this my parents have finally allowed me to get an xbox one s. the only reason i have been building a gaming pc was because they couldn't stop me building one, but could stop me buying a console (which was always my prefered way of gaming.) but now that im allowed one i probably wont really use toms hardware anymore. so here is my goodbye.
