First you need to identify which chip must be removed and then desolder it.
Once desoldered, you will need a test bench where you can mount the chip and then test the pins
Which means that you must have the equipment to conduct the testing and the applicable chip specifications to measure against.

Figure 14 on Page 19 may be a good starting point. However, there are other cards also shown in the next Figures and Pages.
You need to know which card to pull and the specific chip(s) to desolder.
See if there is some Part Number (P/N) or other identifier on chips and cards. Then google for those items. - may find a replacement somewhere.
Or, If not, maybe you could canniblize an identical/matching chip from another card or source.
Overall I would expect that the most straightforward option would be to replace the card...
