So basicly, whenev-er i record something it has good in-game audio but my voice is something else...
It's like my voice is cracking constantly and only on the right channel..
It seems to sound distorted as if the right speaker on my headset is broken, but i've used 3 other headphones and all have the same result.
I tried to put playback and recording on highest sample rates (DVD)
My mic is a Samson C01UPRO (usb mic) apparently this is a mono microphone... so shadowplay will not be able to record properly

Solution
You can try OBS since it's free:
https://obsproject.com/
And here's how to set it up for local recordings, as well as use multiple audio tracks if you desire.

And to set it up for Twitch:

And to get it setup for Youtube streaming:

And optimizing it for Youtube:

I really like shadowplay because allmost no frames are lost, obs is heavyyy

OBS can use the same encoder as Shadowplay, so it becomes equally as not heavy as shadowplay.
