help on overclocking a gigabyte 950 oc card

Hello i want to overclock my card
My build:

g4560
z170( i got it on sale at a price of a b250 )
8 gb 2400
gtx 950 oc from gigabyte max 73 temp while gaming
psu: corsair vs550 i havent heard the best for this psu although it hasnt had any problems yet..

so whould my psu hold up to my oc, how much oc should i do, how from what software?

I'd be gratefull if anyone could answer me these questions

Do you have a fan profile set for the card? Are the fans ramped up to 100% when your at 73*c? The 900 series cards start to throttle around 80*c so if your already hitting 73*c you don't have a lot of room.

You can try to OC with that PSU, I just wouldn't give the GPU anymore voltage and see how far it would go while trying to stay under the thermal load.

i will make it clearer actually... 73 temp and we are in the beggining of summer outside its 30-35, gpu fans are set to auto i dont know how much that is, 5 case fans
