It's clicking...he's dead, Jim. Time for a new HDD/SSD; there's no repairing an HDD that's ticking.

I kinda exaggerated in my last post; you can probably recover at least some of your data. Since it's not able to boot from the drive, though, you'll need to get a new one and install Windows to it first. Taking it to a computer shop wouldn't necessarily be a bad idea, but if you're comfortable doing this bit of work yourself, there's not really any need to take it to a shop.

ive built this pc like 2 yrs ago the 2.5gb of ram came from removing my Stick of ram and seeing if that does help (bad ram problem try) and if you are wondering my CPU doesnt go over 50% 60% when im playing GAME where it freezes neither physical memory so i dont really know whats the problem
i dont think its dying from AGE ive tried removing registry with CCleaner and AVG any other solutions?? (beside buying new pc) i can take it to the Tech but what should i tell them? or something i can do?

Did you get any recommendations when you built the computer? I built my current computer just over a year ago, and I also built my brother's computer just over two years ago; both use DDR3 RAM and AMD FX-series CPUs. What was your reason for going with DDR2 RAM?

On the troubleshooting side, run CPUID HWMonitor and tell me what temperatures your CPU and GPU are reporting when the freeze happens.

I just looked up your parts. Your CPU was released in 2005 and is part of AMD's first dual-core series. That is most certainly not powerful enough to run anything modern. Your GPU is from 2009; while newer, that's still pretty old.

i did not get any recommendations.. but surely i can run league and some shit on high settings stabile 50 FPS as i said it was low budget .
ive checked my temperature soo this is what ive caught.... CPU 34 C GPU 54 C motherboard something 31 C
im not runing anything MODERN i dont want to play like GTA V or that crap.I play Naruto ONLINE and that not modern games so i dont really think that it is TOO OLD for that games might be something i dont know....so thats why im asking

Hmm. Try running a hard drive test. Open up an admin command prompt, and enter chkdisk /f; once it finishes whatever it does, restart your computer. If chkdisk doesn't come up with any errors, it may be just that your CPU and/or GPU are physically too old and wearing out.

Whwnever i type chkdisk /f it says chkdisk is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

EDIT: it worked i typed it wrong i restarted my pc and nothing
happened why?

...Are you hearing a ticking sound? If so, your HDD is dead. S.M.A.R.T. is a built-in HDD health checker, and if it's reporting issues with your HDD then that's the problem. Unfortunately, there aren't many things I can recommend to you to get the data off of it if it won't read at all other than to send it to a data forensics place, and that costs a lot.
