How much ram should I get with my new build?

Intel - Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
MSI - H110M Gaming Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Kingston - HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory*********
EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 3GB SC GAMING ACX 2.0 Video Card
Corsair - CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

I have the option of getting that RAM for $80 or 16GB (2 x 8GB) for $180... worth it? or 8GB worth the price diff for now. Saving the $ would be nice but don't want to if it will compromise performance a lot.

Your motherboard only supports 2133 and thats a lot to pay for 16GB's at that speed. Where is RAM this costly? Get the 16GB if you can get it for a reasonable price. Here is USA prices.

go with the 16gb matched pair more than you will need but 8 just is not enough these days my veiw

Here is better priced 16GB kit if that the way you go. I update long ago from 8GB because my CSGO had random very low fps. Updated to 24GB and its smooth ever since.

Yes but the RAM supports both. On your motherboard it works at 2133. RAM has more than one setting its just the top is what its listed at.
