Here is a rough list of the components ive been looking at.

My main question is this; will everything Ive chosen work with each other? Are the connections right? Are there proper headers on the mobo for what I have?

Also, Im not really sure if it is necessary for me to water cool the cpu as I am not interested in overclocking as this is my first build. Would I be better off using a regular cpu cooler and invest in 16gb of ram or a ssd with the extra money? I plan to use at least 5 fans, will I need some sort of fan hub to accommodate this?
Any help/tips/advice would be awesome! Im in the planning stage for this build and would like to stay around the 1000 dollar price point for this.

Solution
here is what i'd do. keep in mind that the price can be significantly lower by choosing other case. this one already glass and RGB fans.
You can always add larger mechanical drive later.

Fans are for static pressure, look for air flow case fans...
AIO water cooling for non overclockable CPU? no thanks
You need 16gb RAM if u willing to spend 1k $...
You must get SSD for 1k$+ build.
You better get 1070 instead of 1060 for 1k$+ build...
I personally would get a better quality PSU.
Worst 1k$ build ive seen sry.
