Aparently i didnt use enough thermal compound

When i remove the heatsink from the cpu do i need to clean the thermal compound and re add it again?
I dont have isopropilic alcohol so cant i just add more thermal compund on it?

You can, but it's definitely recommended to clean & reapply.

What makes you think you didn't apply enough? How do your temps look?
Other than applying a ridiculously tiny drop (or none), "not enough" is pretty tough to achieve.

Nope you cant add more on while there still paste on it because it make your temps higher!. You need to clean it all off and put pea size paste on it again.

I did the same put abit more on and my temps went to 100 while playing games so cleaned it off and readded it again and my temps went lower!

Fan rpm speed goes up randomly

I already fixed the problem of the random fan rpm spikes, i saw it in another post and it did get solved
