My rig is currently pretty loud. What case fans should I get and how many? I am currently using the fans included with my case. What locations would be best to have fans?

I have (2) fan mounts on top, (1) one the back, (1) on the bottom, (1) on the side, and (2) on the front.

System specs:

i5 6600k
Hyper 212 Evo
Gigabyte GTX 1060 6 Gb
MSI Gaming M5
m.2 drive
7200 RPM HDD
Corsair CX650M PSU
Rosewill Blackhawk Case(Not the Ultra one)

Solution
Noise comes from many fans running at high rpm.

I would experiment with just the two included 120mm front fans.
They should provide sufficient airflow for your cpu and gpu.
Consider that the hyper212 has one 120mm fan, and the gpu has the equivalent of one 120mm fan for intake.
Use a single 120mm fan at the rear, mainly to direct the airflow past your parts.

By having all of the intake at the front and filtered, your case will stay cleaner.
Adding too much other fans will draw in unfiltered air from adjacent openings.

If noise is still a problem, you can undervolt them but at the cost of cooling efficiency.

If your cpu runs at 75c. under normal load, and your gpu is 80c. under load, you are ok.

Top fans and rear fan should definitely be exhaust, front, bottom and side should all be intake. I'd also advise to lose the stock fans, those tend to be cheap crap that just looks nice but doesn't do anything useful, but I could be wrong, some stock fans are very good. Also, definitely get a filter for those intake fans that don't already have filter.

As for which fans, well, this is a big debate for many, most will pretty much tell you to get noctua or scythe or whatever. I personally have been using Bitfenix Spectre Pro's for years, I like them, because they also have an LED line, so you can get whatever color you want to replace those stock fans if they don't work out.

As for noise, that comes from the fans vibrations, what you can do is use dampeners or rubber "screws" I guess, they absorb the vibrations to an extent. I personally use normal standard fan screws with rubber rings I got from my local hardware store, they are very small, actually used for plumbing, but they work very well.

Be Quiet! and Xilence fans however are specifically made for silent operation, but are more costly as a result. The price we pay for comfort.

The other choice is to get all PWM fans and use a fan controller and just regulate their speed yourself.
