How many watts will my 4k gaming build need and should i add liquid cooling for my cpu and gpu?

I am building my first gaming pc and was wondering how much power i needed for my build and if i should add liquid cooling for my gpu and cpu

I second the above opinion on the 1080Ti. Not all games are optimized for SLI and always go with a powerful single instead of two lower end GPUs. I'd suggest a good air cooler or an AIO cooler for the CPU. I have that CPU/MOBO and an H115i and it still runs extremely hot. The 850W power supply is the least I'd get for a build of that quality.
