How many watts will my 4k gaming build need and should i add liquid cooling for my cpu and gpu?

I am building my first gaming pc and was wondering how much power i needed for my build and if i should add liquid cooling for my gpu and cpu

Ram: G.Skill: Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Storage: Western Digital: BLACK SERIES 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU: Dual MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card (2-Way SLI)
Case: Corsair 750D ATX Full Tower Case
Power supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Asus BC-12D2HT Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer
OS: Microsoft: Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit
Monitor: Asus ROG PG27AQ Black 27” 4K/UHD 3840X2160 IPS NVIDIA G-Sync Gaming Monitor

I second the above opinion on the 1080Ti. Not all games are optimized for SLI and always go with a powerful single instead of two lower end GPUs. I'd suggest a good air cooler or an AIO cooler for the CPU. I have that CPU/MOBO and an H115i and it still runs extremely hot. The 850W power supply is the least I'd get for a build of that quality.
