So will it work perfectly on my monitor
Why i am asking is that the gtx 1050 didn't work so i need a confirmation wheather the gtx 750ti will work or not

why didn't worked? how did you connected it?
those cards are similar, so what fails on one should fail on the other

it says that comes with a vga cable but i think it also has dvi port, a white one, buy a dvi cable and connect to the gpu via that port
the vg port, the blue one is not present on most gpus, including that gtx 1050 or the 750 you mention, so you need a converter from dvi to vga or a dvi cable if the monitor has a dvi input
otherwise, that old technology basic monitor will not work with any gpu you buy

Its says that we need an active adapter for connecting vga to dvi for gtx 1050 to work
And i dont have an active adapter and my monitor only has a vga port

no, the gtx 750 does not have vga port either, nor the 1050 or ny other new gpu made since 2015 more or less
or you get the adapter or you change the monitor
or, buy the adapter i mentioned, a dvi to vga, i have a monitor connected that way in my house but the gpu refused to see it until i used hdmi first, those gtx take the hdmi as the primary output, so you might need to do that so it recognices later the dvi to vga adapter to show image on the acer you have
it will be the same with all gpus, or you get the adapter or you change the monitor, vga is ancient history now

I'm running a gtx660ti and a gtx970, both have dual monitors. The primary monitor is dvi-dvi connection. The secondary monitors are 1024x768 with only VGA connection. These use dvi from the gpu with a $2 adapter dongle to VGA. You do not need an active adapter for dvi, it carries an analog signal (VGA). Hdmi is pure digital, so you would need an active adapter to convert digital to analog.
At 1080p/60Hz or lower, there's absolutely no difference between dvi or hdmi or display port. It's only when going higher or faster that hdmi/display port sees any difference.
Use your 1050, it's far better than a 750ti, just use the dvi-vga dongle (probably got one in the gpu box). The adapter you want has :+: (dvi-i) on one side of the pins, a dvi-d ( - ) won't work.

So am i 100 percent sure that my acer V196HQL monitor supports zotac gtx 750ti with a dvi to vga adapter given inside the box

it is the way i made work my gtx750ti
but as i said, it refused to show image for the first time until i used a hdmi output too, so plug in just in case a tv while you use the vga and set the dvi as the main output, then stop using the hdmi if you like
