Hey guys!
I was wondering if I could get some help on deciding on my graphics card for my first system.
Here is my planned build:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6DKJXH

I was planning on going with a GTX 1050 2GB for around $100, but I have found a dude selling a GTX 770 for $80. I was wondering if the 770 would still be compatible, and if it would run better or worse for gaming purposes. I am only going to be playing at 1080p and I might pick up some more modern games like PlayerUnknown's Battleground or Battlefield 1 at Ultra or High, or lower for better frames. Let me know if I'm doing something wrong and if you have any other tips about getting into PC gaming.
Also: The guy I'm buying it from has 3 years left on the warranty and has only had it for 2 years. Never overclocked.

Here are the links to the two models of graphics cards I am considering:

This guy is selling two different cards and I can choose between one of them.
1st Card Model
2nd Card Model

Best Regards!

I would spend more now on the power supply. Not only for better quality, but for future upgrades.

Someday you may want to replace the card you get now with something better. You'll have many choices, new and used. But, oops, you bought the least powerful power supply you could get away with so now you're limited to videocards that'll work with it. Whereas, if you buy the good one now, with a bit more power than you need, then you can someday pick whatever card you want.

My recommendation is the 2nd Card Model (770 ASUS DC2). The GTX 770 is a bit faster (plus more VRAM) and if you can get it for $80 then it's a great bargain.

Okay. And do you think it will work with the rest of my build? My main concern is not having a strong enough power supply, because I know the 770 uses a bit more power than the 1050.

That EVGA will not handle the 770! I actually suggest getting a bigger and better PSU!

Quality and will handle any single GPU https://pcpartpicker.com/product/nB3RsY/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii620bronze

In that case, I think I'll stick with the 1050. The price increase to get a better PSU is more than what I'm saving if I get the 770 used, so there's not really a point. I'll keep my eye out for a used 1050 though.

Do you think a 500W PSU would suffice? Also, what brand/producer would you recommend. I've been looking at the Corsair ones for a while. Or what about this 600W. Or do I just want to avoid EVGA PSU's altogether?

I currently have a 770/4GB card and love it for what it does, medium/high on most games I play at 1440p on a 27", 60hz/75hz monitor. It's not the best but it is better than the 1050.

For the PSU: I would aim for 600W minimum, this way you're good for a couple years. I recently purchased a Corsair RM850i, more than I need, I know. It is modular and solid. I have had three Corsair PSUs over the last 13 years. None of them failed me. I just decided to upgrade from 550 to 850 to 850/modular.
