Hey Everyone. Ive got an RX 480 plugged into aa i7 7600k on an Asus 170-AR, 32Gb RAM. Everything should seem 'Hunky Dorey" but... im running it to Triple Displays. An RCA 4k cheapo which i can achieve 60fps/hz with a reasonable 35 to 50 mS delay... fine for playing RPG's or even Fallout4. However, it's the Secondary Displays that are giving me the issues. Which are a Pair of Samsung UN40H500BF's. Advanced settings and indication from the displays(HDTVs) confirm 60hz, but when i boot up any game my FPS ticker is topped at 30FPS! im dumbfounded, literally! Ive tried every cable combination that spans the HDMI/DisplayPort universe, this leads me to believe that it is some how a comunication issues between the XFX RX 480 I've employed and the model of these particular Samsung HDTVs.
Have any Members of this wide Community come across anything of this nature???
The weirdest part... Mt Previous Rig (i5 [something Blah] Gigabyte [whatever] 16Gb Ram) executes PERFECT 60hz precision with a 5-10 ms response delay..... Both Machines are connected to the displays in question, and I'm at a loss...
