I have a usb that suddenly stopped working. When i connect it, it makes a connection noise, but the usb does not appear on my computer folder. I have tried assigning a letter to the drive, updating, enabling/disabling, uninstalling, and the problem still continues. When i checked the volumes of the USB everything is blank. It appears on disk drives, but does not appear on disk management. Hope someone can help me with this problem.

If these files are replaceable, just toss that drive, buy another one - this stuff is made cheap.
If you want to recover (some of) these files, start looking for recovery software. TestDisk is reported to work in such cases.
