Hi guys what does Dual OC mean for GPU?

Im planning to buy a ASUS Geforce GTX 1060 3gb Dual OC.

and this one

ASUS Geforce GTX 1050 TI 4gb strix OC.

Which is better and what does dual oc mean?

Thanks!

Solution
For Asus, Dual mean card has 2 fans (Strix - 3 fans, although to add confusion, some lower end cards are named strix despite having only 2 fans, but then again such cards do not create enough heat to justify 3 fans); OC - card been factory overclocked

So, 1060 Dual OC means two fan, factory overclocked gtx 1060; and 1050 ti strix OC means two fan, factory overclocked 1050 ti.
Which is better? 1060. But 3 gb version is probably least future-proof card in the market now. I would suggest looking for rx 570 instead.

how noisy is your fan? Do you have a sample? But they said its much better than the strix. I don't bother noise as long as its not that noisy.

Well it possible that im just being picky on noise, i have assembled few systems using Gaming X, Strix and Zotac's AMP. All these 3 are were very silent if compared with Dual..
So i will never save on gpu ever again, i rather spend extra 30-40$ but will have much cooler and more silent card.
I believe its not the actual fan or motor that makes this sound, but sound comes from the contact between plastic frame and fans, fans just screwed inside plastic with no dumpers or anything.
So if u dont really care about the noise then get it, i have 4 case + cpu fans in my system and it seems that gpu fans on 50% are louder than 100% rest of fans.
And even if you dont care about noise i would still not buy it, just because there are somewhat better budget cards like msi armor or palit.
