Download the latest drivers for your GPU place them on your desktop get Display Driver Uninstaller from here http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/display_driver_uninstaller.html
remove everything after restarting it will probably be 640x480 not great instal your AMD/NVIDIA drivers and hopefully should fix your problem

You know what the make & model of your GPU is, so you get the driver direct from their own website.
Is that really so difficult that you feel the need to use driver-finding software?
