PSU/UPS - What is more dangerous for my PC in the case of high voltage

The electricity provider in my town is [censored] and there are constant outages or cases of high voltage. So I want to ask, what is more dangerous for my PC. Running on the UPS converter currently at 243V to 207V or running bare-bone on my PSU at the voltage that fluctuates from 241V to 245V, until the power company fixes the problem (1 to 5 days).
Note that both my PSU and UPS are cheap. The PSU is an FSP Hyper 600W and my UPS is a nJoy Isis 2000L.

Honestly, I don't know much about UPS's. But your PSU is rated to operate with 200-240 volts. In this range, you should be safe, but keep in mind, that the voltage could vary and if you are powered by 230V in your area, it's normal to go 225-235 or something like that. If you your UPS can constantly output the 209 volts there is nothing to worry about. I would use multimeter to check the voltage from the UPS, than the voltage from my PSU. If I see anything abnormal, I would not risk. And I would not try to connect the PSU directly to the wall, since its rated up to 240volts.

The UPS in this case would be just another layer of protection, before your PC (after main fuse). Most power supplies (yours too) have OVP(overvoltage protection) so you PC should just shut down i case of overvoltage. I would leave the UPS anyways. I live in an area where we frequently have overvoltages and since 2004 (my first PC) I've never had problems with any of my components (the PC's only shut down).

Still doesn't address my main concern, if running the PC on converted power from my UPS is dangerous ?(245 to 209 volts currently). The converter is running continuously since the last power outage and from my limited knowledge the power given by the UPS isn't sinusoidal, even more so in a cheap UPS (or did that apply on battery only mode ?).

I'm sorry for not implying this more thoroughly in my main post.
