Hello. I do not know anything at all about computers. I have 2 dell vostro 200 PC and want to upgrade it so that it is usable. I wish to have pc that could support 3 monitors for work purposes but I do not how to do so or what I need to do this

The specifications of my computer is
Intel (R) Core (TM) 2 Duo CPU
3 GB RAM

I do not how to find other information regarding the PC.

Please teach me how or what to do to get started on the upgrade.

Thank you very much

Solution
It will do a second monitor natively through the hdmi port, but for more than one monitor you would need to purchase a dell triple monitor dock, and they aint cheap

Not sure about the Slim Form Factor model, but if you have the "Mini-Tower", there were apparently 2 models: 1 with a 300W PSU that only supports Core 2 Duos, & 1 with a 350W PSU that supports Core 2 Quads. There's apparently a label on the motherboard you'll want to look for; if it says "G45M03" you're go for Quads, but if it says "G33M02" you're stuck with Duos.

Im sorry for being such a noob in this. Do i need to upgrade everything to a minimum to run properly because I sent the pc for service multiple times and they said I have to change the motherboard and ram eventually.

I would say get new pc.

Or 2nd hand cheap i5 3rd gen could be an option if you don't have fund.

Other options could be 240GB SSD which you can reuse later.

If you want to find out what is the existing psu. Just open the case and look

I think I will get a new pc since most of you guys suggested so and dont think it is worth it to upgrade.

I have a dell inspiron 3543 model laptop and the specifications are as follows:
Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-5500U
8GB ram
x64 bit
NVIDIA Geforce 840M graphic card
Only one HDMI outlet

How do i make it support multiple monitors? Is it possible?
