I5-4690K , Asus Z97-A Mobo Overclock to 4.5GHZ Idle temp on 45 - 50 celcius

Dear All,

My PC Spec is
Intel Core i5-4690K
Corsair H80i GT CPU Cooler
Asus Z97-A Mobo
Kingston Hyper X Fury 1866 8GB DDR3
Intel 730 256GB SSD
Corsair HX650W PSU

I have success OC the i5-4690K to 4.5GHz and with VCORE 1.200V but the temp on idle is around 45 - 50 degree Celsius.

Is it normal in idle ? My idle mean that i din't do anything on the PC and din't open up any programs.

Is it normal ?

Now i go back to lower vcore at 1.130 and CPU 4.3GHZ, Idle temp will be 44 - 47.

And i have used Aida64 Extreme to run a stress test on it for half an hour, max temp i saw is 70mid.

And i have play for half an hour GTA V and the max cpu temp will be 60 mid.

So i think the temp is ok ady and one more issue is that my country one year 365 days weather is around 27 to 32 degree.

So one of the issue will be weather and my RIG is not in an aircond room. XD

what about stress testing it?, or playing a game to see what the temperatures go to then? That temp is fine but you will only know if its ok until you test it properly. Also in some bios settings there are adaptive options that only increase the CPU output when its needed. You may have this setting on permanently.

Now my vcore is 1.150 and 4.5GHz and I have do a cpu strees test using Aida64 extreme, the average temp will be around 70 mid and max i see is 81 or 82 for few second then it gone back to 68 to 70 mid.

Is there anything i need to imporve?

Those temperatures seem slightly high but that should be ok. I am currently running my i5-4670k at 4.4Ghz at 1.200 and the temp averages around 65 under stress, but i may just have lucky cpu.
