Run tests on everything but still BSOD

Hey guys. I've run tests on every component in my computer except the MB and i'm still getting a System Service exception error. I checked the Event Viewer (under System) and found nothing other then timeout errors. When using the computer i was having an issue with apps timing out or crashing last night. I did run a simple smart test on the hard drive but the test didn't complete and windows said the drive was fine. Its a WD blue 1TB 7200. Anyone have any ideas?
 
If you haven't tested the drive with the WD Data Lifeguard program, do so. The System Service error message is a miserable one in terms of determining the precise error (or series of errors) affecting the system. So the very first thing to check is that you're absolutely certain you're not dealing with a defective disk.

Assuming a healthy drive, and assuming you've previously activated System Restore, backtrack the system to see if that corrects the problem.
