I have a 120GB solid state drive as my primary boot drive with a 1TB WD Black drive that has all my files on it. Whenever I boot my computer, the 1TB drive spins up, then spins down, then spins back up again. The disk already takes 5-6 seconds to spin up, and this adds another 4ish seconds. why does this happen? is there a way I can make it not happen?
