RX480 OC keep on crashing while playing Witcher 3

having rx 480 8gb gaming x from MSI
overclocked to 1360mhz on core
2100 mhz on vram
+20% power limit
ran heaven benchmarks for 30 mins temp around 75C at 1440p extreme, no crashing. play OW on max setting 100-120 fps for hours without problems.
play Wicther 3 for 15-20 mins get bsod video_TDR_failure.
running 17.5.1 driver from AMD
pls help

You can only experiment, as each card is slightly different in terms of OC capabilities, and so are the games/benchmarks you are using.

As the first step, simply lower your GPU OC by 10 or 20 MHz and test Witcher 3 again. If that does not solve the issue, lower by additional 10 MHz and so on until it gets stable.

I'd leave the power limit at +20 for now.
