I'm experiencing this issue for 2 days now and it really bothers me. Originally I have 8GB of Ram.

This problem came to me out of nowhere and for 2 days straight I'm trying to fix it.
The BIOS detects the memory as normal, CPU-Z (as you can see on the picture) as well.
Yes, I have tried to clean the memory slots.
Yes, I have changed both memory stick's places (2x4GB)
Yes, I have format all partitions and did a clean reinstall of the Windows
The only improvement i had was this morning, when I turned on the PC, it showed me 8GB but few hours later, it changed back to 4GB (I didn't even restart it), I thought the issue was fixed because i updated the windows last night, when i was shutting down the PC. Apparently I was wrong. Please if you have any suggestions or questions regarding the issue, let me know.

Solution
Remount the CPU, and make sure it is mounted evenly. Uneven mounting can cause pin to pad contact issues which in turn leads to other issues such as memory problems.
