New CPU need help

You need a new motherboard, and RAM to go with a Ryzen CPU. Also your current cooler will not fit without getting an adapter (if there is one).

For starter you will indeed need a new motherboard with something like the X370 or B350 chipset.
Secondly you cannot use some parts like your ram from your old PC as the Ryen series needs DDR4 ram kits.
But you can surely reuse your GPU,HDD, case , PSU etc.
