Computer crashing with 3 monitors.

I recently made the following build and it should be able to handle 3 monitors. I wasn't even running my game on high resolution. I didn't even run at multi-monitor.

Here is what happened. I was attempting to stream Quake Champions. I had on one screen the game. To my right was my OBS and the Twitch dashboard. Then out of no where the entire system crashed and seeming turned off. By that I mean the system it self was running but there was no image showing. I shut off the machine and then turned it back on. The system posted and went to desktop and I put on a YouTube video. The system crashed the exact same way. Forced shut off the system. This time unplugged my left monitor and duplicated the image on both screens. No problems at all.

Temps were in the 50's for the CPU and mid-40's for the GPU.

I can't for the life of me think of what is wrong. The fan on the PSU was blowing. The fan on the liquid cooler was blowing.

I don't see why PSU because everything was fine after I disconnected the monitor. The only thing I can think of is the Displayport (male) to HDMI (female) adapter I was using for the third monitor. So that could be the problem.

Considering sending to specialist to figure this one out.

My screens:
Dell IPS 27 inch monitor 60hz connected via DVI
ASUS MX279 IPS 27 inch monitor 60hz Connected to Displayport via HDMI Adapter.
Panasonic Plasma TV 55 Inch 60hz Connected via HDMI

My build:
ASUS Hero IV Motherboard
Ryzen 1800x
EVGA SC 1080
32GB Ram
EVGA 850 Watt Power Supply 80plus gold.
Samsung 850 256 GB SSD
Western Digital 6TB HDD

Solution
You said everything was fine after unplugging the said so monitor that might've caused some problems, so did you try running this monitor by itself to see if the monitor was the problem, or what?

I would recommend trying to use the adapter for another one of the monitors in your setup to see if that is the problem, or if one of the displays are the problems. Good luck!
