Im planning on buying a i5-4690k for 70$ second hand from someone. And a z97 mobo to oc. My case is a coolermaster k350. I was wondering if the cryorg h7 will get it to 4.2-4.5 ghz. If not, is there a cooler under 45$ that can do it? My case doesnt have that much cpu cooler space.
