Looking for a CPU cooler

My build color is black and red and i am mostly looking for asthetics, quietness is also an issue, also i cant get my 24pin connector out of my mobo so i need it to be able to be installed inside of an NZXT S340 Elite, it does have a cutout in the back.

Budget??
If you get a decent AIO they have RGB lights that can be changed to red.
The only decent air cooler that I know would have the be the Deepcool Gamer Assassin II

If an AIO water cooler is within your budget, the new RGB NZXT liquid coolers look pretty slick.

Bequiet and Cryorig also have black top although the high end would be too tall for your case (161mm height limit). Just get NZXT AIO.

Any specific budget? Otherwise an AIO would be perfect as some come with RGB Lighting on the block.
Try something like the NZXT Kraken or EVGA CLC Coolers
