My current gaming pc build is about 3 years old and is starting to have problems with newer games. Im looking to upgrade but im on a budget (and by budget I mean im slowly saving money for it, about 65$ a week), so i want to know what would be my current bottle neck and what would be the bottle neck in my upgrades (Im willing to accept recommendations on parts preferably intel and nvidia.) Just a side note I dont plan on overclocking so when recommending anything keep it in mind. Thanks for the time and help in advanced!

Current build:
Mobo - Asus Z97-AR
GPU - GeForce GTX 760 2gb
CPU - Intel core i5-4590 @ 3.30GHZ
Ram - DDR3 8GB ram

Parts for upgrade:
Mobo - MSI Gaming ATX Motherboard (B150 Gaming M3) Edit: (Now getting B250 now as per recommendation)
GPU - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 Xtreme Gaming 6GB GDDR5
CPU - Intel 7th Gen Intel Core Desktop Processor i7-7700K
Ram - HyperX FURY Black 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 2133MHz DDR4

Edit: If possible looking for recommendations for a long lasting system for example if the 1060 wont last for 2-3 years and instead I should get a 1070 and so forth for other parts.
