well, there is a small thing before.
the computer case of your choice is not the best for cooling due to restricted airflow on both from intake and top exhaust.
picking parts for you is easy if you want to stick to EK
a total of 480mm rad surface is your minimum. D5 pump with top is also easy. EK FC block for 1080Ti + Supremacy EVO for CPU.
