Can I suggest you do a little research yourself.

Here's some info on Archicad: https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/technotes/video-cards/recommended-video-cards-for-archicad-20/

Here's some info on Vray 3.5: https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/VRAY3MAX/Set+Up+V-Ray+RT+GPU

You should be able to find similar info for Lumion.

Remember that "CUDA" means Nvidia only. OpenGL or OpenCL will run on Nvidia or AMD, though AMD's implementation tends to be stronger (generally speaking).
You need to look at the software you're using and see whether it leverages CUDA (Nvidia) or OpenCL (both Nvidia & AMD - though AMD tend to do better). When it comes to offloading rendering and other professional tasks to a GPU, it's incredibly software dependent, as often the dev team will only bother to optimise their program properly for either Nvidia or AMD cards.

Look at the hardware requirements/recommendations pages for your rendering software. It should give you some guidance as to what will suit you best.

I would sway more towards the RX 580 as , 3gb of vram is simply just not enough anymore, if you can afford it try to get an 8gb RX 580. Great card for the money imo.
