Long story short:
I have the following switch installed ProCurve. It broke and I am to replace it. I want to know do I really need to buy the exact same one to replace if my use of it is as follow: Supplying 11 computers with internet(That's it).
The old switch was very expensive and seemed to have unneeded functionality, I want to save money. What switch specifications would you recommend?
There is 2 cables at input: A Optic fiber cable and one Ethernet cable.
There is 11 cables output: Ethernet cables going to computers.
