As title states, let me explain what happened: Dropped a bottle of water on my computer, most of it landed on my GPU and some on my motherboard, after the damage was done--The motherboard shorted which I had to replace, but the video card somehow managed to live, but now that I replaced the motherboard and running an i7 now, before the incident,I was running a stable 50 frames on this game, but now i'm receiving a 30-29 fps on ultra.
Now my question is,can dropping water on my GPU affect the FPS,but with my knowledge,I figured if that was the case--the GPU wouldn't work at all if it did take water damage?
The game i'm mentioning is called playersuknown:BattleGrounds. Also to note, the same happened within arc--dropped at least 10 frames.
