Can anybody with an AM4 MSI B350 motherboard guide me to changing my RAM timings?

Hey, ive read from another thread that my system hang ups are most likely attributed to my RAM kit timings which were shipped as 16-18-18-38 but another poster claimed MSI told them it must be equal or below 16-16-16-36. I have the latest bios installed on my MSI B350m Gaming and am in the overclocking menu right now.
A-XMP is enabled and underneath this option it shows my running ram timings which are the same as above but it is grayed out and there is no dropdown to the right.
This is exactly what i can see in the overclocking settings in the "DRAM Setting"

A-XMP [Enabled]
DDR4 3200MHZ 16-18-18-38 1.350V (grayed out)
DRAM Frequency [DDR4-2400]
Adjusted DRAM Frequency 2400MHz (grayed out)
>Advanced DRAM Configuration (this is clickable with "Main Timing Configuration they are all set to auto and i cannot change them)
tCL 15 Auto
tRCDRD 15 Auto
tRCDWR 15 Auto
tRP 15 Auto
tRAS 35 Auto

this is my bios version which was the latest one i was able to download from MSI's website
