i have 2pcs of Ram with different mhz
1: Gskill Ripjaw 4GB DDR3 2133mhz
2: Gskill Ripjaw 4GB DDR3 1600mhz

My question:
can i use both ram with a different mhz?
if yes my system is running good without error or bluescreen?

My computer Spec:
cpu: i7 4790
mobo: Asus z97m plus
GPU: Msi Gtx 1050 Ti
SSD: 128GB samsung pro
Psu: Corsair CX50

Solution
Maybe. It depends on other characteristics of the memory modules also.

All being well, the system will (or should) downclock the 2133 MHz module to 1600 MHz to match the 1600 MHz module. The system can only run memory at one frequency common to both modules.
