okay so im basically building a new computer and first question is can i run 2 EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB SSC GAMING ACX 2.0+ on an ASUS 970 PRO GAMING/AURA AM3+ AMD 970 + SB 950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX AMD Motherboard(cpu is the FX-9370)? Second i currently have a raidmax "thunder" 535w power supply, would i need to get a higher wattage one if so what would you guys recommend as i do not want to buy something that will fry my components. i would like a straight answer cause im looking to make upgrades that i wont have to worry about doing again in at least 3 years.

Why you build a new PC with old AM3+ socket?

The motherboard you mentioned do not support the CPU you want.

Why would you SLi old GTX 960?

Raidmax PSU not usually with good quality. I would get new one.

BTW, what is your budget?

am3 is dead, dont flush your money down the toilet

get a ryzen build if you want to go amd

wait you said upgrade? what are you trying to do?

the 9000 series fx chips run very hot. put them with a poor thermal design mobo like the 970 and u will be looking at a fried up mobo in the days to come. only a 990 chipset is equipped to handle the heat. if u have a fx 6000 series or 8000 one. look for a new platform upgrade. but u have to go for a x370for crossfire. anyway, u r looking for a new cpu/mobo/ram/PSU

My budget is that I don't really want to spend more than 750$ and I want to be able to stream and play games with some light content creation i.e. YouTube videos.

if u already have a am4 compatible cooler, get the 1600X for more overclocking headroom. save on HDD and case too if they r compatible.
