Is ASUS H110M-K D3 support i5-7400?

Is ASUS H110M-K D3 support i5-7400? I have this motherboard with G4400 CPU. And want to upgrade. I found new BIOS version "H110M-K D3 BIOS 2001 Improve system stability". There aren`t i5-7400 in CPU compability list in ASUS site. And didn`t find mention about support or unsupport this motherboard with this CPU at internet. But I know up to all 1XX motherboads have got Kaby Lake CPU support.
Have you any ideas how to check it without buying?

P.S. I want to buy i5-7400 because it`s chipper then i5-6400 in my area.

Apparently, ASUS have not released a BIOS version for this board to support the Kaby. Try contacting ASUS Support. See what they say.

this board theoretically supports the 7th gen. since version 2001
but there are other 1xx boards which aren´t listed even there, like the H110M2 D3, and couldn´t verify there too, if it really supports
the 7th gen CPUs

I have written to asus support. And second one they said yes, it supports.

I wrote them too and got the answer "no, it doesn't support the 7th Gen CPUs".

Did you write the exact model to them?
I wrote directly to the Taiwan support.
Can you post the exact message of them?

Yes, first time I got the same answer. But after this I added this your link to message.

So till someone is testing this config in real life, no one knows for sure.
If you wanna be the one, update the bios before replacing your current CPU and try the new one afterwards.
